How are the paintings prepared for shipping?

Absolute care is taken in wrapping paintings for delivery to collectors. The paintings are rolled up, wrapped securely and mailed. Please note that paintings will be shipped without frames. All paintings also have a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the Artist Cezar Secrieru. 

How long?

Paintings will be shipped within seven (7) working days. Most artwork will be mailed via DHL. These parcels will have a tracking number so that you can track progress of the delivery and know what day, date and time the painting is going to arrive.

Guarantee 

Because of the nature in size of the items we provide and sell, all our sales are final; we do not offer refunds or returns on artwork. If you receive an item that is damaged a claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to secrieru.cezar.alex@gmail.com for review. We are not responsible for damage after the item leaves the store. Likewise, we are not responsible for damaged items during shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
